Check Eligibility
Ensure the hair extensions are in their original, unused condition with all security seals and packaging intact, as we cannot accept returns for products that have been worn or altered.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original box and ship them back to our international distribution center using a trackable shipping service of your choice.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
